"If you truly want to take responsibility for your life, hire Tom Huntington as your coach.  I can now say "I love my life."

When I started working with Tom over two years ago, I didn’t love anything about my life, and that was mostly because I wasn’t taking responsibility for it."

When you love yourself, you will:

  • Treat yourself with respect and compassion

  • Pay attention to and honor the commitments you make to yourself

  • Be more caring for your own growth and actualization

  • Be more self-accepting and less critical of yourself, even though you’re not perfect

  • Make better, clearer, well-thought out, decisions for yourself

  • Live more consciously in the present

  • Have more joy and enthusiasm for life

  • Live more in harmony with your values

  • Be more able to love others

  • Be more able to attract, be aware of, and accept the love of others

Some symptoms of not loving yourself:

  • Self-critical and negative self-talk

  • Not making commitments to yourself or others

  • Not keeping the commitments you do make to yourself or to others

  • Lack of success and effectiveness in the world from lack of commitment and lack of enthusiasm for what you choose to do

  • Co-dependence

  • Continually settling for less (less than your potential; less than your values; less than our wants)

  • General unhappiness

  • A lack of “peak” or “flow” experiences

  • Low self-confidence (sometimes masked by phony self-confidence)

  • Difficulty in accepting others’ love or even appreciation

  • Lack of close, caring, interdependent relationships

Love coaching can help you love yourself more completely and effectively

  • Loving yourself = self-acceptance

  • Loving yourself = self-commitment

  • Loving yourself = self-responsibility

  • Loving yourself = self-appreciation

  • Loving yourself = self-caring

  • Loving yourself = self-awareness

  • Loving yourself = healthy relationships
