being in your head

re-living and yearning for the past

Do you take responsibility for
your feelings, your thoughts, your relationships, your finances,
your life? As
opposed to:

blaming others for "making" you mad or sad or whatever?

habit patterns of negative thinking, negative self-talk

being a "victim" of your environment & circumstances
Do you love, honor, respect,
accept, celebrate, stand up for yourself in your actions and
interactions most of the time?
Do you manage your time --
choose where to focus your attention and actions? As
opposed to:
Are you happy and content with
your life, your role in it, and your personal growth and
development?
Are you still learning,
growing, developing, and open to more growing, learning,
developing?
Do you have lots of friends and
associates whom you trust, respect, wish the best, and who
trust, respect and wish the best for you??
