Do you love your work most of the time?

Do you love and enjoy the company of your mate and/or best friends?

Do you know what you want and what you don't want in life... in the little aspects of daily living, as well as in the big things?

Do you know how to negotiate and ask for what you want, and to say "no" to what you don't want?

Are you honest and authentic with your mate, your best friends, your work associates?

Are you fully engaged in - excited about - happy with, your life on a present moment basis? As opposed to:

  • being in your head

  • feeling guilty about the past

  • re-living and yearning for the past

  • fantasizing about, yearning for the future

  • worrying, being anxious about the future

Do you take responsibility for your feelings, your thoughts, your relationships, your finances, your life?  As opposed to:

  • blaming others for "making" you mad or sad or whatever?

  • habit patterns of negative thinking, negative self-talk

  • being a "victim" of your environment & circumstances

Do you love, honor, respect, accept, celebrate, stand up for yourself in your actions and interactions most of the time?

Do you manage your time -- choose where to focus your attention and actions?  As opposed to:

  • having time and other people's agendas manage you

Are you happy and content with your life, your role in it, and your personal growth and development?

Are you still learning, growing, developing, and open to more growing, learning, developing? 

Do you have lots of friends and associates whom you trust, respect, wish the best, and who trust, respect and wish the best for you??
